Forcemeat

How To Cook: |

|
1. Wash the herrings and remove the backbone, tail, head and fins.
|
2. Stuff each herring with forcemeat, put a small piece of butter on each and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 20 - 30 minutes.
|
3. Serve with mustard sauce.
