What You Need:            (To Serve: 4 - 6)

  • 2 - 3 pound good venison
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup venison stock

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mince venison, season with salt and pepper and fry with finely chopped onion and venison stock.

    2. When the meat and onion have browned, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
