8 oz short crust pastry
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
8 oz lean cooked mutton
½ teaspoon chopped thyme
1 small minced onion
A little stock or milk
2 chopped mushrooms
Seasoning

How To Cook: |

|
1. Make the pastry and use rather more than half of it to line strong saucers or small round tins.
|
2. Mince the mutton, removing all fat, and mix with the remaining ingredients.
|
3. Fill the pies with the mixture, and cover with another round of pastry, and then bake in a moderately hot oven (450°F) for about 45 minutes.
