What You Need:

  • Suet crust
  • Lingonberries or crowberries or whortleberries
  • Sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Make a suet crust and line a pudding basin with it, reserving some for the lid.

    2. Fill with either lingonberries or crowberries or whortleberries (also known as bilberries), adding plenty of sugar, and cover with the rest of the pastry.

    3. Cover tightly with a cloth and steam for about 2 hours.
