2 pound white cabbage
Seasoning
1 pound best end of neck of lamb
Tomato puree

How To Cook: |

1. Wash the cabbage and chop it finely.
|
2. Brown the meat on both sides in a saucepan without any extra fat, then add the finely chopped cabbage, seasoning, tomato puree and a very little water and simmer until the cabbage is quite transparent.
|
3. Serve like Irish stew.
