What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 1 pound cooked potatoes
  • ¾ pint white sauce (see Fish Souffle)
  • 1 pound boiled fish (cod, haddock, etc.)
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg

  • How To Cook:
    1. Chop the potatoes and the boiled fish into small pieces and cook for a few minutes in the white sauce.

    2. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve hot, dredged with a little more nutmeg.
