What You Need:            (To Serve: 2)

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz flour
  • 3 oz breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • 4 oz fat

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soft-boil the eggs until the whites are just firm, then remove the shells and allow cooling.

    2. Dip into seasoned flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry till golden in the hot fat.

    3. Serve with raw or cooked vegetable salad.

    4. The eggs may also be wrapped in slices of ham, salami or very thin fillets of meat, then dipped in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fried.
