4 egg whites
7 oz caster sugar
Water
4 oz Brazil nuts or almonds

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Whisk egg whites and caster sugar over a pan of boiling water until stiff.
|
2. Sprinkle a pastry board with grated Brazil nuts or almonds and place spoonful of the egg white mixture on it.
|
3. Form into small rolls, place on a greased baking tin and dry in a very slow oven (lowest possible setting) until crisp but not colored.
