2 pound of any vegetables in season
1 oz sour cream or the yolk of an egg mixed with cream
1 or 2 diced onions
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |

|
1. Cut the vegetables small and cook in the fat for a few moments.
|
2. Cover with boiling water and simmer for about an hour.
|
3. At the last minute beat in a little sour cream, or the yolk of an egg mixed with the cream.
|
4. Add seasoning.
