4 eggs
3 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon vinegar
Salt and paprika
1 pint yoghourt
2 cloves of garlic

How To Cook: |

|
1. Beat the yoghourt well, crush the garlic and add with the salt and vinegar; pour the mixture into four little bowls.
|
2. Poach the eggs in the usual way, and put one in each bowl, being careful not to break them.
|
3. Melt the butter, pour over the eggs, and sprinkle with salt and the paprika.
