What You Need:

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3½ oz flour
  • 1 grated onion
  • Fat for frying

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to a paste and fry in the hot fat.

    2. Cut off small pieces, drop into fast-boiling water and when they rise to the top, cook for another 3 minutes.

    3. Drain and serve with pork or bacon and sauerkraut, or with roast pork.
