  • 1 pound green beans
  • ½ cup tomato puree diluted with water
  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup oil
  • A little sugar

  • How To Cook:
    1. Fry the onions and tomatoes in the oil.

    2. Boil the beans until they are soft and then drain them carefully.

    3. Add them to the onions and tomatoes; pour in the diluted tomato puree.

    4. Add salt, pepper and a little sugar.

    5. Simmer for about half an hour to an hour.

    6. Can be eaten hot or cold.
