A small cabbage
Salt
2 large onions
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 oz ground peanuts or peanut butter
1 or 2 red peppers
A little fat
1 pint shelled shrimps
1 pint stock

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Shred the cabbage and the onions, crush the garlic and slice the red peppers.
|
2. Fry the onions in a little fat, add the cabbage, peppers and garlic, and stir well.
|
3. Pour on the stock, add the salt, vinegar and peanuts, and cook until the cabbage is tender.
|
4. Finally add the shrimps and cook until soft.
