1. Choose large tomatoes, cut each into 2 - 3 thick slices, and then take out the pulp, leaving only a ring.
|
2. Thread cooked asparagus tips through these rings until each is full, and serve on lettuce, with oil and vinegar dressing to which a few finely chopped herbs have been added.
