How To Cook: |

1. Soak dried prunes and dried apricots in warm water for several hours (or overnight).

2. Butter a large flat ovenproof dish and on it arrange bananas, quartered, the drained prunes and apricots and a few stoned raisins.

3. Add honey to fresh orange juice, stir until well mixed, and then pour over the fruit.
|
4. Grate a little lemon rind over the dish and add a few small knobs of butter.
|
5. Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about ½ hour.
|
6. Serve with cream or plain, as preferred.
