2 cucumbers
½ cup sour cream

Paprika
2 tablespoons vinegar

1. Peel cucumbers, cut into paper-thin slices; place in bowl, toss with salt, refrigerate for 2 hours.
|
2. Drain cucumbers very well.
|
3. Blend vinegar with sour cream, stir into cucumbers.
|
4. Turn cucumbers into serving dish, sprinkle with paprika, and serve.
