How To Cook: |
1. Choose nice lean pieces of steak, and beat slightly if necessary.
2. Make some incisions in the meat with a knife, and insert strips of the bacon.
3. Season the steak with salt and pepper and spread it with mustard, then marinade it in a little olive oil for 30 minutes.
4. Now bake it in a moderately hot oven (400°F) for 15-20 minutes, lower the temperature to slow (325°F) and continue to cook for about the same length of time, until the meat is tender.
5. Garnish with bacon rolls and baked tomatoes.
