How To Cook: |

1. Prepare and slice French beans, place in a little salted water and cook until soft.

2. Melt butter, add flour, stir and brown lightly over a low flame.
|
3. Add garlic clove and finely chopped onion and brown slightly.
|
4. Add the bean liquid gradually; stir well to make a smooth sauce and season.
|
5. Pour over the beans, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.
|
6. Add vinegar and sour cream and bring just up to the boil again.
