How To Cook: |

1. Remove seeds from peppers and cut into strips.
|
2. Peel and quarter tomatoes.
|
3. Chop the onion finely and cook in the lard until soft but not colored.
|
4. And peppers, sprinkle with salt and cook until the peppers are tender.
|
5. Add paprika, tomatoes and sugar, cook slowly until tomatoes are soft.
|
6. Beat the eggs lightly and pour over the mixture, stirring until the eggs are cooked.
|
7. Serve with rice or potatoes.
