How To Cook: |

|
1. Clean and skin some large salted herrings slice them in 2 - 3 pieces (according to size).
|
2. Place them together again so that they look whole, and garnish with a ribbon of finely chopped onion on one side, and one of chopped parsley on the other.
|
3. Serve with hot potatoes and butter pats.
