¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon paprika
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon onion salt
1 2-2½ pound frying chicken, cut up
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup packaged dried breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1½ teaspoons salt

How To Cook: |

|
1. Start heating oven to moderate (350°F). In 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish in oven, melt butter.
|
2. Meanwhile, in flour in paper bag, shake chicken pieces, one at a time until coated; set aside.
|
3. In bowl, using fork beat eggs with salt, paprika, onion salt and lemon juice until well blended.
|
4. Dip floured chicken pieces, one at a time, in egg mixture, then in crumbs, turning to coat evenly; then in melted butter in baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side down.

5. Bake about 45 minutes or until fork-tender, turning once.

6. Serve with Tokfozelek.
