  • Pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic

  • How To Cook:
    1. Trim any excess fat off the chops, and season them with salt and pepper.

    2. Fry in fat, briskly at first and then more slowly, until they are cooked through - 20-25 minutes, according to the thickness of the meat; drain well.

    3. Cut a clove of garlic, rub it over both sides of the meat, put the chops on a hot dish, and pour gravy round.
