	| 1 pound pork
		Butter or lard
		3 onions, chopped
		1 pound celery
		¾ pint meat stock
		1 tablespoon flour

											| How To Cook: |  
											|  |  
											|  |  | 1. Cut the pork into small pieces and fry in hot fat with the chopped onions. 
 
 |  | 2. Add a little water and simmer very gently for about 15 minutes. 
 
 |  | 3. Wash and peel the celery, cut in pieces and simmer with the meat, adding a little more water. 
 
 |  | 4. Make gravy with the meat stock, the flour and a little butter, season to taste and pour it over the meat. 
 
 |  | 5. If desired this dish can be cooked in the oven instead of on top of the stove.
