  • 1 pound sauerkraut
  • 2 onions
  • 1 oz lard

  • How To Cook:
    1. Melt lard in a saucepan and add the chopped onions, fry until golden-brown, and then add the sauerkraut.

    2. Leave to simmer for ½ hour, stirring occasionally.

    3. Serve hot.
