1. Peel the potatoes and slice thickly.

2. Put the lard in a saucepan, add the chopped onion and flour and fry lightly, then add the paprika and mix well.

3. Add the potatoes and season to taste.

4. Add to the mixture in the saucepan and leave to simmer for a short time.
|
5. Mix the vinegar with a little cold water and add the bay leaf and add to the potato mixture; cook slowly until the potatoes are soft.
