											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Clean carrots and cut them in long, thin slices. 
 
 |  | 2. Melt sugar and heat until brown, then mix with butter. 
 
 |  | 3. Add the carrots and stir well, gradually adding water, then cook until the carrots are tender. (Alternatively, the carrots may be boiled first, and then browned.) 
 
 |  | 4. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters.
