What You Need:

¼ oz gelatine
2 oz caster sugar
¼ pint milk
½ pint double cream
6 - 8 bananas
|

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Dissolve the gelatine in the warmed milk and put aside to cool, but do not allow to set.
|
2. Peel and slice the bananas and mix with the sugar.
|
3. Whip the cream until thick, and fold into the sweetened bananas and the cold milk and gelatine.
|
4. Turn into a glass dish or individual glasses or dishes, leave until set and serve with small cakes or biscuits.
