  • 2 pound new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup dried breadcrumbs

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cook new potatoes till tender then peel.

    2. Toss with 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine and dried breadcrumbs.

    3. Heat ¼ cup butter or margarine in a large frying pan and brown potatoes over a medium heat turning them till golden and hot.
