6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1¼ pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
¾ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
1½ cups sour cream
¼ teaspoon paprika

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. In melted butter in large skillet, saute onion till golden.
|
2. Sprinkle with flour; add milk and ¾ cup sour cream; while stirring, bring just to a simmer.
|
3. Then add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika.
|
4. Simmer covered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
|
5. Stir in remaining ¾ cup sour cream; heat thoroughly while stirring constantly.
|
6. Serve at once.
