3 large tomatoes
Tomato sauce or puree seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic
Salt and pepper
Oil
6 hard-boiled eggs

How To Cook: |

1. Cut the tomatoes crossways in half and remove the pulp.
|
2. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
|
3. Place a freshly shelled egg in each tomato half and pour over them a little thick tomato sauce or puree.
