3 green apples
½ cup soup stock
2 tablespoons butter
Sugar and salt to taste
1 tablespoon flour
3 cups diced cooked veal

How To Cook: |

1. Core and pare the apples and just cover with water.
|
2. Allow to boil up once.
|
3. Blend the butter and flour without browning, dilute with ½ cup soup stock, and combine with apples and water, add sugar to taste, and add meat to the sauce.

4. Simmer tightly covered for about 10 minutes.
