How To Cook: |

1. Heat honey, and then add sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

2. Stir, cool slightly.
|
3. Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder with the beaten egg.
|
4. Knead well and leave overnight in a plastic bag.
|
5. Mix together the filling.
|
6. Roll the dough out thinly.
|
7. Cut in fancy shapes.
|
8. Join in pairs with a little filling in each, seal edges with egg white.
|
9. Brush tops with egg white and decorate with almonds.
|
10. Bake on a greased tray at 350°F, for about 20 minutes.
