2 trout
½ pound tomatoes
¼ pound mushrooms
Juice of 1 lemon
3 oz butter
Parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make incisions along the back of the fish and insert some slices of mushroom.
|
2. Fry the trout on both sides and season.
|
3. Place in a baking pan with the rest of the sliced mushrooms, the sliced tomatoes, lemon juice and butter.
|
4. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) for 30 minutes, basting frequently.
|
5. Garnish with parsley.
|
