How To Cook: |

1. Cut off and keep the beet tops.

2. Wash, peel and cook the beets.
|
3. When they are almost done, add the beet tops cut into 2-inch lengths and cook until tender; drain.
|
4. Cut the beets into pieces 1 inch long, ¼ inch wide and ¼ inch thick, combine with the tops and add the soya sauce, Prepared Sesame Seed, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.

5. Mix lightly.
