2 - 4 eggs
Salt and pepper
2 sets of brains
2 oz butter
Parsley

How To Cook: |

1. Fry the brains in the butter with some finely chopped parsley until they look white and stiff, and no longer red.
|
2. Pour the beaten eggs over, add salt and pepper to taste, and let the eggs set.
