What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 oz flour
  • 2 pints chicken stock

  • How To Cook:
    1. Make a brown roux with the flour and butter, stir in the caraway seeds and the stock and allow simmering for half an hour.

    2. Adjust the seasoning and serve with fried croutons.
