		1 oz flour
		3 pints chicken stock

											| How To Cook: |

											|  |  | 1. Make a roux with the butter and flour and stir in the stock. 
 
 |  | 2. Simmer for 30 minutes and add grated cheese. 
 
 |  | 3. Cook for another 5 minutes and stir in the noodles, cut small. 
 
 |  | 4. Heat through and serve with some chives in each plate.
