What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 oz cooked noodles
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 oz flour
  • 3 pints chicken stock
  • 3 oz grated cheese

  • How To Cook:
    1. Make a roux with the butter and flour and stir in the stock.

    2. Simmer for 30 minutes and add grated cheese.

    3. Cook for another 5 minutes and stir in the noodles, cut small.

    4. Heat through and serve with some chives in each plate.
