How To Cook: |

1. Cut the beef into 1-inch squares.
|
2. Add 2 tablespoons soya sauce, the pepper, Prepared Sesame Seed and the oil.
|
3. Cook until meat is well colored.
|
4. Add the water and remaining soya sauce and cook until the meat is almost tender.
|
5. Cut the onion tops into 1½-inch lengths, add to the soup and cook until tender.
|
6. Just before serving, add the slightly beaten eggs all at once and stir.
|
7. Season and serve immediately.
