What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper

  • How To Cook:
    1. Pour the cream into a flat oven dish and break in the eggs one by one.

    2. Season lightly, sprinkle with chives, parsley and breadcrumbs and pour the melted butter over the top.

    3. Bake in a hot oven (450°F) until the eggs are set and the top is browned.
