What You Need:            (To Serve: 2 - 4)

  • 2 pound carp
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pound onions
  • 3 oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pint stock

  • How To Cook:
    1. Slice the onions and fry till golden.

    2. Add paprika and stock and cook for 10 minutes.

    3. Put in the fish, reduce the heat and simmer very gently until done.

    4. Mix the flour with the cream and stir into the fish liquid.

    5. Boil up gently and simmer for 5 minutes.

    6. Serve with boiled potatoes.
