What You Need:

½ pound beef
1 tablespoon Prepared Sesame Seed
3 tablespoons soya sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
A pinch of pepper
3 tablespoons flour
1 spring onion
2 eggs
1 clove of garlic
Oil for frying

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mince the beef.
|
2. Add the soya sauce, salt, pepper, chopped onion (including the top), chopped garlic, Prepared Sesame Seed and oil.
|
3. Mix well and shape into flattened balls 1½ inches in diameter.
|
4. Roll in flour and slightly beaten egg and fry in a small amount of oil until tender.
|
5. Serve with Vinegar - Soy Sauce.
