1. Cut the vegetables in pieces 4 inches long and shred lengthwise very finely.

2. Beat the eggs slightly with a fork, add the flour, salt and water and beat well.
|
3. Add the vegetables and mix lightly.
|
4. Drop by teaspoonful's in an oblong shape on to a heated and oiled frying pan.
|
5. Fry slowly in a small amount of oil until light brown on both sides.
|
6. Serve with vinegar-soya sauce.
