Mushrooms

Chives

How To Cook: |

|
1. Marinade the mushrooms for a few hours in oil, salt and pepper.
|
2. Drain (keeping the oil) and grill, then put on a hot dish.
|
3. To the oil in which they were marinated add a chopped garlic clove, with some chopped chives and parsley.
|
4. Fry lightly, add a little vinegar and pour over the grilled mushrooms.
|
|
