How To Cook: |

1. Slice the onions and fry golden-brown in the oil.

2. Cube the meat and add to the onions, with the paprika and salt.
|
3. Pour in half a cup of water, cover and simmer very gently until the meat is nearly done.
|
4. Add the washed rice and cover rice and meat with water.
|
5. Bring to the boil and simmer until the water is absorbed and the rice and meat are tender.
|
6. Add a little more hot water from time to time if necessary.
|
7. Dish up and serve with grated cheese and salad.
